  1. School timings: 9.30am to 12.40pm.
    Please send the child in proper school uniform.
  2. Please ensure that the child wears his / her ID card daily.
  3. Please send a spare dress with your ward.
  4. The child is allowed to come in a coloured dress on Friday.
  5. Please send dry and healthy snacks.
  1. School timings: 8.30 am to 2.50 pm.
  2. All students should appear in the school uniform and should ensure that their uniforms are clean and pressed.
  3. Only black shoes are permitted. They must wear their identity cards to school everyday.
  4. The classrooms and the school premises in general should be kept neat and tidy.
  5. Scribbling on walls, scattering bits of paper, damaging the furniture and the school property etc., are strictly forbidden. Anyone causing any such damage will have to make good the loss either by compensation or by replacement.
  6. In case of medical emergency the student will be given first aid in the school medical room under the Apollo Shine Programme.

  2. All students should appear in the school uniform.
  3. On Mondays, the students of Std. VI-X should wear the house uniform. On other days they should wear the grey uniform. Students should ensure their uniforms are clean and pressed. Only black shoes are permitted. They must wear their identity cards to school everyday.
    Students must be inside the school premises ten minutes before the first bell.
  4. Perfect silence must prevail during assembly prayer and at all school functions.
  5. Late-comers will wait outside and they should bring a letter of excuse or explanation.
  6. The classrooms and the school premises in general should be kept neat and tidy.

  8. Students are not allowed to bring cell phones to the school. Violation will lead to a fine of Rs.1000/-.
  9. In case of medical emergency the student will be given first aid in the school medical room under the Apollo Shine Programme.
  10. Discipline: In case of reported misconduct, the following steps will be taken by school in the first instance of minor misconduct; the student will be counselled by the principal or vice principal. The student will be warned in case the misconduct is repeated. In the third instance of misconduct the student will be issued a disciplinary slip and the matter will be brought to the notice of the parents. On the receipt of three disciplinary slips, the student will be suspended for a period of three days. If the disciplinary issue is major the matter would be at once brought to the notice of parents.
  1. Attendance on re-opening days after terminal and annual holidays is compulsory.

  2. No student shall absent himself/herself without obtaining prior sanction of leave from the class teacher except in the cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases the application for leave shall be sent to the class teacher on the first day of their presence.

  3. Application for leave of absence shall be made on behalf of pupil by his/her parent or guardian and addressed to the teacher if it is not exceeding two days and to the principal if it is a longer period.

  4. Students applying for sick leave should produce a medical certificate.

  5. Every student shall attend the school for not less than 85% of the working days in a school year. Any breach of this rule may disqualify a pupil from being promoted to the higher class or being sent for public examinations.

  1. Parents should ensure that the complete details of private van drivers are given to the school.

  2. A duplicate ID card is issued to all students of KG section to ensure that only an authorized person picks up the child.

  3. In case of an emergency, the student will be sent home with the parent or authorized person provided the parent sends a letter to the school or gives information over phone to office.

  4. CCTV is installed in strategic points in the school.

  5. Students & teachers are educated on personal safety in the school campus.
    Infrastructural safety measures like anti-skid flooring, raised railings in corridors and fire-fighting equipment are installed in various places.

  6. Students are educated on cyber crime.

  7. Controlled access through a biometric system to the lift.

  8. To help students cope with mental and emotional stress the school offers guidance through a grievance/redressal platform and two well qualified counsellors.
