World Meditation Day 2024

KSN students had a wonderful time during the meditation session conducted by the Art of Living team. The experienced instructors guided them through a series of breathing exercises, teaching them valuable techniques to relax and calm their minds. Through this interactive session, the children learned the importance of mindfulness and how to manage stress in a healthy and positive way.
