INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2024
On June 21st, our school enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day, promoting the importance of physical and mental well-being through yoga. The event began with a morning assembly where students and teachers gathered in the school auditorium.
Yoga session: Teacher led the students through a serious of Surya Namaskar and advanced students demonstrated various yoga poses.
Overall, the International Yoga Day celebration was a tremendous success, fostering a sense of community and promoting holistic well-being among students and staff alike. The event concluded with a collective pledge to incorporate yoga into daily routines, ensuring continued health and mindfulness.
